Hi, my name is _______ and I am a Fitoholic.

I am here to get fit for myself, to loose weight the healthy way but as fast as possible - at the same time making these routines part of my lifestyle. When I started this weightloss experience on October 18th I weighed in at 83.2 kg - now I weigh in at 66.2 kg (June 2012). I am doing this for myself but I could not do it without the support of my closest friends and family who are with me all the way. I LOVE my curves and do not want to get rid of them - my goal is to get rid of the flab and get toned - in essence my desired weight by march is 65-67 kg. If I can make it to 60 kg by May/June/July I will be extatic - at 71 kg I will have reached a weight within my BMI. I am stressing the fact that I do NOT support starvation, EDs of any type - my goal is a long-term fitness - health related goal.
Age: 21
Height: 168 cm
Start weight: 83.2 kg (18th of October 2011)
Weight now: 66.2 kg
Goal weight by end of August: 61 kg
Goal weight by October: 58 kg
UGW: 58 kg (I might "stop" earlier)
Weight lost: 17.1 kg
